  3. Good day. I am currently working as a home-based independent contractor (call center agent). Does my line of work fall under the Professional category?

Also, do I need to update my membership form employed to individually paying member? I have been a home-based call center agent since 2nd quarter of 2010, but have paid Php 1,200 annual PhilHealth contribution last January 2011.

    Thank you.

    1. Yes, you belong to the Professional catergory as a self employed individual. However those earning below the 25T have the same rate as non professional provided they submit their ITR.

Kailangan nilang magpadala sa PhilHealth ng ER2 which is a certified list of their employees.
