Looks like they changed some things.Qualifirst from 50-60% originally down to 15%.Previous ad also says over-the-counter drugs and branded meds have discounts too. Now, it's not anymore part of the new ad.
Nice observation, we hope that PhilHealth would be able to clarify the discrepancy. Will post it here if we're able to get the details.
